SKOV is an industry leader on the international market for climate control and production monitoring of animal production. SKOV specializes in sales of ventilation solutions for poultry and pig houses. The company is headquartered in Denmark, has a subsidiary in Thailand and sales offices in 10 countries.
In connection with intensification of the company activity in Poland, the Royal Danish Embassy on behalf of Skov A/S, is looking for a candidate for the position of

Area Sales Manager
(solutions for poultry and pig producers)
The primary job functions

• Technical advice and sales, both direct and through the local dealers and partners, and cooperation with the rest of the organisation in Denmark to implement and carry out SKOV's overall strategies for the Polish market.
• Expanding and strengthening the relations with customers and partners.
• Developing custom-tailored solutions that are in line with market requirements and customer expectations in close collaboration with strategic partners as well as the SKOV Projecting Department.
• Establishing and development of relations with customers and existing dealers and local vendors.
• Keeping up to date with market developments, focusing on identifying new market possibilities, including participation at exhibitions and seminars.

Requirements
• A relevant commercial or technical education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as sales person in Poland and/or international project solution sales
• Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of industrial B2B sales, e.g. from the agricultural industry as well as a thorough technical understanding, preferably within climate solutions
• Comprehensive insight in market strategy as well as experience with creating, developing and managing distribution networks
• Business oriented and highly competent in negotiation skills
• Dynamic and outgoing , able to see the opportunities that can be transferred into solutions for the customer
• Structured person, who can handle complex situations
• A significant amount of self-dependence and self-motivation
• Preparedness to extensive business travel within Poland and some Eastern European countries
• Fluent English (ready to use it as a working language)
• Knowledge of Russian or other Eastern European languages language is an asset
• Ability to work in home office system
